QETTLE

We have bought a Qettle and could not be more delighted. The help, patience and understanding of the staff could not be bettered. We have a system that is beautifully made, looks stunning and is 100% efficient. It is half the price of the main competitor. Like others, I would gladly give a rating above the five stars allowed. Highly recommended. Go to Qettle, get the best.

We love our Qettle boiling water tap and use it far more than we expected. As well as hot drinks, we use it loads more than we expected for cooking too. You can suddenly cook veg, rice, pasta, or an egg, etc THAT much faster. You sterilise items instantly. We fill up our Fridge Water Dispenser with the filtered water every few days and that keeps it nicely chilled. The overall offering seems comparable to the various competitors but at a far lower price. I assumed if Franke, Bosch, Qooker etc were all charging several times more for a boiling water tap, they'd all offer longer warranties etc. Surprisingly, they don't. Qettle seem to match them in most regards. And the water is actually boiling! We've also found Qettle very easy to deal with. We had a couple of issues along the way, which Qettle helped resolve quickly. Highly recommended.

After a lot of research about boiling water taps I decided to go for a 4 in 1 qettle tap two years ago. So glad I did! The tap is wonderful! It looks good and it gives me instant boiling water for my endless cups of tea, especially in lockdown! The customer service team are absolutely amazing as well. Good 'old fashioned' customer service which is so rare nowadays! I have had a few issues in the last month but they have sent out replacement parts immediately with easy to follow YouTube links to talk me through how to fix the faulty parts so no hanging around for service engineers! Highly recommended, thank you qettle!

I have had my Qettle Signature for 2 weeks and I am really pleased with it. Wouldnt go back to a kettle now. Customer Service team were really helpful giving me the information on the range of taps so I could make a decision.

Terrible experience I still dont know what happened I loved my instant hot water tap, but after three years my qettle mini started to leak. I sent an email to the customer service hoping they can provide some tips or a workshop where they can fix it. In the name of Qettle a different company wrote back (Greg Rowe ???). After 5 emails we managed to establish that I indeed have a Qettle product and it is indeed still leaking. Then they ghosted me. Weird, I sent them the proof of purchase, and they just disappeared. Even after sending a few kind reminders, there was never an answer. Dear Sarah-Jane, what happened? For the rest of you, learn from my mistake, if you have a choice choose someone else.
