        I booked to come here in November and arrived to be told my hair couldnt be done because I needed a patch test and that should have been explained when I booked so I had to have it cut and come back on a Saturday to have it coloured !! I was also told that I shouldnt have waited so long for an appointment as there were loads of spaces !! I arrived today and the hairdresser I booked with wasnt here and they had no record of the appointment there clearly is a problem with the appointment system and instead of apologising they accused me of calling that day !!! I offered that they look at my call history and they declined - Rude and incompetent dont bother spend your money elsewhere
