We wanted to remove a wardrobe wall to fit a larger door but couldn't determine if the wall was load bearing or not. We contacted Rob and he always replied quickly. During the visit, he checked the loft structure above the wall very carefully, explained in drawings, and provided different options we could consider. Rob is very friendly and professional. I will consult him again for our future structural projects.

Definitely recommend Suburban Structures! Rob is very polite and friendly, and seemed more than happy to help with sorting out support for a hanging chimney. He popped round to have a look, sent us some sketches, then popped back again to confirm his plans once the ceiling had been removed and he could see the chimney breast properly. He sent us the measurements and drawings within a couple of days and he even popped back when the steel beams were in place to ensure the builder had done it all correctly! Charged exactly what he quoted at the beginning too.
