Booked a table for 6pm on a Saturday evening and we were still waiting for mains at 7:45pm (nearly 2 hours later), so we left and took my daughter to McDonalds instead. The waitress was truly useless - even forgot to take my order after asking my wife and daughter!

We were disappointed last night. Although the atmosphere was great the service wasnt. As a vegetarian I ordered Pani Puri (8), it was absolutely disgusting like the pani was off. Although our starters came prominently and we received good bar service. We waited over an hour for our mains. We asked several times and at the end got fed up and asked for our bill as our daughter hadnt eaten anything for 1hr 45 mins we were there. We received no formal apology from the staff, no discount was offered and the staff just asked if we wanted our mains as a takeaway! The staff did not look happy, when our waitress was asked to do something she rolled her eyes up! Come on V5 you have been around for years, we have a lot of fond memories here celebrating birthdays with family & friends or simply coming here to enjoy the food. Get your vibe back and service levels up!

Went for a birthday event. Indian restaurant. Nice and cosy. Atmosphere really good and the food delicious. Had their lamb dish with garlic naan Once tables moved, had a dance floor with live dj, playing all types of music eg Asian with a twist of modern tunes, reggae, rnb, etc. Toilets are spacious and very clean. Staff were very polite and courteous. People attending were so friendly. Must book for any occasion as you can't just drop in if events are taking place. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and venue for any occasion.
