        post office staff come up with all kinds of reasons not to take your parcel. i went in with one that was 16 kg and was told Max was 15. later, i went in with one that was 11 kg and was turned away because i was told Max was 8 kg. yesterday i went in with one that was 7KG only to be told the max was 5KG. i said to the woman it seems to depend on who you talk to. she rudely snapped back that she had been there 10 years, and its always been 5 they just dont want to take parcels
