What a delight. From each delicious individual bite to the warm friendly service this bountiful afternoon tea was unique and memorable. I will be recommending this superb family patisserie to everyone I know.

Very rude staff. We had planned to eat here for my birthday and had phoned the day before asking about afternoon tea and opening times. We were told afternoon tea wasn't available and they don't take table bookings but they were open til 3pm but would be shut for the Easter weekend. We decided to go anyway to just have a drink and cake, upon arrival at 1.30pm there weren't many cakes and was told it was takeaway only so couldn't even sit to have tea and cake. We were told that they are closing early at 2pm for the bank holiday, they went on to say they haven't taken time off through the whole of COVID, even though it wasn't relevant as this was our first visit and why tell customers the day before that you're open til 3pm? We decided to leave as we didn't want a takeaway and as we walked out the door we heard the staff bad mouthing us which is not acceptable. Shall not be returning.
