Sparks Therapy

My son has been seeing Aparna for about 6 months now and I can't recommend her enough. She is incredibly professional, kind, clear and organised. I literally feel blessed to have found such a great OT to help my son and teach me how I can best support him.

My 3yo son had an OT assessment with Aparna and we were very pleased. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her.

We started going to Aparna in October 2019. She was referred to us and my initial aim was to get from her an instruction manual for my child. I now know, this not how things work. I did not know what to make of my childs behaviour and how to understand her. Aparna, calmly and professionally, explained how sensory processing disorder affects her nervous system and these needs should be addressed so she can be ready to learn/focus. Since then, bar the time of the lockdowns, we have been making the 40 minutes drive to Ruislip. My child is not as seeking as before and I credit this to Aparnas expertise and strategies she suggested but also to the work that we put in. Anyone reading this, know you will be in good hands, but you, as parents, will have to do the hard work as well.
