Everycare Hillingdon

Everycare respond quickly and efficiently. Their carers adapt to any and all situations, bringing extra care, attention and social interaction to my elderly father living in a care home. I would recommend Everycare Hillingdon without reservation.

I wanted to thank all the staff at Everycare for the excellent care you have given my mother over the last few years. It allowed her to remain independent until 99. It meant a lot to us that she was in such good hands.

Everycare Hillingdon have been providing our Mother with care visits for several months now. She has been diagnosed with early stage Alzheimer's and as there are no family members living nearby we engaged with Everycare to provide welfare visits to check in on her, provide some companionship, ensure she is eating well and has plenty of food in the house. We have found Everycare to be professional and well organised and the carers are punctual and polite. Our Mother has reported that the carers are 'very nice' and she looks forward to their visits. I'd like to thank Everycare, especially her main carer, Jannatul, for providing an excellent service.

This care provider never puts a foot wrong. My 95 year old mother gets on really well with the carers who all have enough time to chat with her. Often the only human contact during the day they make a huge difference to her quality of life and my peace of mind

I have found the service and support of Everycare Hillingdon branch to be exceptional. They are extremely reliable and have gone above and beyond to ensure my mother in law is well cared for. They have resolved numerous issues which has reduced my stress levels. They are proactive when identifying potential problems and keep me informed of all remediation activities. The management team always make themselves available to take my calls and regularly call me to provide care progress update as I live several miles away. Good carers are hard to find and I feel extremely fortunate to have found Everycare.
