We cannot recommend Grinne's doula services enough. As first time parents we were quite nervous about childbirth. Thanks to Grinne (and her colleague Athena), the arrival of our baby was a truly magical moment. As with any birth, not everything went exactly to plan, but we were well prepared and had the best possible experience. We never felt pushed into any decisions, Grinne always fully respected our preferences and supported us in getting the birth we wanted. Grinne is calm, professional and has a great sense of humour. She has a lovely energy and we immediately felt very comfortable with her. Grinne was also fantastic in enabling my partner to know what to do and play an important role and as a result, the experience made us stronger as a couple. The only regret we have is that we didn't prebook the post-natal package too!

Grainne supported us during the birth of our first child. I am blind and I wanted additional support advocating for the birth experience I wanted. Grainne was an incredible doula enabling me to have a very positive birth. She helped me to advocate for the choices I wanted including labouring in the pool. It was so useful to have an experienced doula who could explain the options so we could make a decision at each stage of labour and birth. We also really appreciated the antenatal preparation and postnatal advice. I highly recommend Grainne and I know if we have another baby she will be by our side again!

Grinne helped and supported us for the first 16 weeks since our twins have been born in 2022. Her advice, presence, kind words, knowledge and "tricks of the trade" have been incredibly useful to us. We were very glad we were recommended her by other parents and breastfeeding consultant!

Grinne was a huge help in the first 6-7 weeks of having our baby. She gave us knowledgeable, helpful, and calm advice and support. It made such a difference and we felt like we were in very safe and experienced hands. It also gave me a chance to rest. And her meal prep was delicious too! Id highly recommend her.

Grainne was the overnight doula for our baby, and we are impressed by her warmth, professionalism and knowledge in newborn care. She takes the initiative around the house, pays attention to details, and is generous in her resources (Eg driving to get baby items for us). We always wake up refreshed after a night of her support!
