(UPDATE In regards to their response to this review, this is a lie- they did rent residential flats on Harrow High Road. Stay well away) We used this company to find 6 months accom for work in Harrow. Upon moving in the boiler was broken and dripping into a bucket, broken washing machine and non functioning oven. The Boiler was fixed temporarily by an unqualified handy man 2 weeks later, and not fully repared until 3 weeks later. Completely horrendous service, texts phonecalls and emails were selectively ignored. The toilet broke and wouldn't flush for 2 months unless you manually put your hand in the cistern. No sense of urgency from the company to repair. We were given all clear to leave the premises then battle ensued to get our deposit back., where eventually they gave in. Avoid at all costs.

No one ever there to answer calls. When they are they say there busy and dont return calls. Awful service
