        Excellent service. I had a lot of help from the lady who looked after me and gave me some very useful advice. This is my second fire from this company and I totally recommend them

        Cannot rate this shop highly enough. From deciding on a new fireplace I was given several thick catalogues to take home and look through. Joanna was very knowledgeable about different makes and models. And pricing was reasonable. I was kept up to date with ordering and delivery dates etc. So today Dane arrived with Hugo ( his dog - he stayed in the van.) Taking out a 20 year fireplace and installing the new one was an easy enough job for him but had to kango drill out a concrete shelf in the chimney brest. And fix new plinth with plaster. Dane put down dust sheets and was very professional. Very happy with total service received
