Booked a lino to be fitted for a lovely elder lady (tenant) who recently sadly lost her partner. Made the appointment on the phone whilst in the store paying. Gets a message from the lady on the agreed day to say they haven't turned up to fit the lino. Call the store to be told it was booked for the next day? Arranged with the lady for the next day with the lady. Called today to ask for them to call me 30 mins prior to attending, to be told they don't have the lino and couldn't fit today either....
Terrible service, and company. Try going into that shop to place an order, and see what service you get on the phone or calling others, or watching videos whilst having a conversation with you
