Oxford Drive Medical Centre

Amazing doctors surgery. I recently got accepted as a patient here after being with an absolutely dreadful surgery for over 20 years. My only regret is that I didnt switch sooner. Everyone here is really lovely and so helpful. I have worked as a GP receptionist, and I know that they get really bad reputations, but the reception team at Oxford Drive are kind, considerate and extremely empathetic. The pharmacy team are also fantastic, and the practice manager is also brilliant. She was able to find out whether or not I needed my 4th Covid vaccine, and it turned out that I did, but she organised that all for me. The doctors themselves are just fabulous! I have never experienced such excellent care before. The practice nurse is also really lovely and makes you feel totally comfortable and at ease. Thank you so much to all of you at Oxford Drive - you are all fabumazing - and I might have made that word up, but it sums you up perfectly. Just please know that you are appreciated so much.

Excellent care and professional staff and doctors. Most of the time, am able to speak to a GP on same day.

Efficiency, empathy and great customer care are the three words Id pick to describe this surgery. I have a toddler and never have I struggled with getting medical attention when needed. And that, as all mothers would probably understand, is such a huge relief! Not just the little one but my husband & I too have received immediate medical attention whenever we have needed. Couldnt recommend this surgery enough!

Fantastic Medical Centre. You only hear negative reviews about never being able to see a Dr's at the moment. This surgury is run so well that you can always get to speak to a DR and if they think nesessary they will see you. If anything I think the way it is run now must sieve out the time wasters and I'm sure there are a lot. WELL DONE all the Dr's and staff at OXFORD DRIVE MEDICAL CENTRE

I will be formally complaining to the NHs about this practice. Called 23 times this morning, line is cut out. Impossible to speak to any GP and waiting times are horrendous even if its an urgent need. What an absolute disgrace.
