Despite being unable to proceed with our wedding due to COVID-19, Jinesh and Jay were superb throughout. Very responsive and easy to work with, and managed our wedding accommodation booking for family and friends very smoothly. Equally impressive was the way they handled and managed all the refunds/cancellations for each guest after our wedding was cancelled.
