We have seen a lot of doctors over the years and Dr Vitu Sumas (sorry about spelling) put our soon at ease, was super efficient, made referral that day and then called us later in day to check how things were. Great GP!

To get an appointment you need to hold the line for half an hour at least. Then you need to be with one foot on the grave to finally see a doctor. Nice!

Used to be ok. An absolute disgrace of a practice recently. You can only get phone appointments- ok no worries. Three separate occasions I was promised a call in a time period. I was called outside. The admin/reception then pursued to almost have a fight with me. Dont need it so told them I was going private and they have refused to give my private doctor my details. Ive already lodged a complaint to the NHS however Im taking this a lot further. I have every call and message recorded. I will not tolerate being spoken to with such disdain and rudeness especially when the facts are wrong. I guess they think they can talk to people like this. Unfortunately not.

Unfortunately the waiting times are getting longer and longer each time I visit, im guessing due to pressure because its usually busy during the afternoon/evening I wish they would get different chairs for the waiting room. To me they are uncomfortable and almost painful to sit in after a while
