Very calm and approachable however was upset as I had appointment at 1530hrs and was requested to come at 1515if possible as earlier patients may finish early however dint realise the traffic from northolt to eastcote and I reached exactly at 1542 but was denied saying I m 20mins late.wish I was not 8months pregnant as I could run and hurry fast,wish I dint have a disc prolapse and could climb your stairs bit quicker wish i dint take Apirin as my gums wouldn't bleed as much and wish I had left at 1400 for my 1530 appointment. Terrible as 7minutes delay cost me deposite30 loss and taxi fare....its all this pregnancy fault. Request the dentistry to consider if you see someone struggling in 8th month and give them a chance to be seen and not send back like this limping back home.

I've been a patient here for about 20- years... I'm not at all nervous about visiting the dentist or about injections, treatment etc... What I want is the right (conservative) treatment at the right time, so that I can still snap at the staff when I end up in a care home . Recently, I've had my weak amalgam fillings replaced with much stronger white fillings. They do it using a clever technique which ensures you don't end up swallowing the amalgam.
