Very pleased with our new blinds (romans, rollers and Venetian) from LIB. The quality is great and I think also reasonable on price. I was considering Hillarys but glad we went for LIB instead. Theyre a brilliant small business. They really know their stuff too - Joe made a recommendation to add voiles to our Roman blinds and its made the world of diff to our privacy without blocking out light. The full team are lovely - but Joe, Dave and Mick in particular have been great. As a young lady dealing with these things solo, it can be quite intimidating but the entire team were so kind and this wasnt at all an issue. I would highly recommend LIB on all fronts.

Excellent product looks great!! - Vision Blackout Excellent experience, service and quality. The whole process was very good - measuring up, ordering, fitting, product quality, etc. The company were very easy to deal with. The person who measured up for our vision blackout was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The fitters were polite, clean and tidy and also friendly. We will certainly use them again. I highly recommend London Interior Blinds.

Only installation service. Poor after service and poor service to sort any issues. We had almost 12 blinds installed. 2 developed rips within months. One roof blind got stuck. For rips told they are not responsible although these are motorised blinds. Roof is motorised and no manual touch involved. Weeks we have been chasing with no result. This is within few months. I think they have taken too much installation work and they dont care anymore for after service. No guarantee or sorting issues. Frustrating experience. Answer to the response in Dec 2022: Dear Elliott, Many thanks for your response. 1. Please let me know when and how much was the quote for blinds repair which you suggest as fraction. Happy to consider it once again as I am not sure why someone got impression that we declined the replacement at the fraction of cost. 2. The roof blind never developed the rip. It was motor fault which got stuck half way. You can come and check anytime as it still makes so much squeaky noise. But we have given up now as it took so much time to sort any issues. 3. One window blind side is out of line and keeps coming out. We were told to send photos via WhatsApp. We sent videos and photos. Then were told a part will be sent which never arrived. 4. We agree it was good experience when fitting but after that we feel completely let down.
