We were very happy with our consultation with Cecilia. She really helped us decide whether to extend or move. She was very knowledgeable about what is structurally possible and didn't over commit. I liked that she kept it real. The aspect I appreciated the most is that she took the time to listen to the clients needs. Both mine and my husbands. She observed how many people were in the house and what type of space we all need and made her recommendations according to what she saw. I would definitely recommend using Cecilia's services to anyone who wants to extend with someone who thinks outside of the box and also someone who is going to give sound and honest advice. We came across Cecilia at Livewell Architecture at a time when we were very close to the start of our project however we felt that the plans we had in place could still be improved upon. On seeing some of Livewell Architecture's work and being very impressed with the quality of design and design process - we thought that they might be able to help us with optimising our design. Cecilia was great from the outside in grasping our situation and listening to our concerns and ideas. She was excellent at offering practical yet creative solutions and immediately understood where we were coming from with the areas we felt needed attention. Cecilia's communication was exemplary, always providing clear documentation on expectations, deliverables, and agreed timescale, and always delivered. In addition to the reworking of our designs and offering practical advice on elements of managing the project, we engaged the team to provide CGI representations. These truly were a game changer for us. Really bringing the design to life and enabling us to take the design to a level beyond what we had anticipated and to a point that we are now truly satisfied with. Cecilia has been so helpful at every point, and we know we can come back to her at any point with any queries which is reassuring as we embark on the project. I have recommended Livewell Architecture to friends already and I will be sure to use their services again in future should we do another project.

We are very happy that we appointed Cecilia to help us plan our loft conversion project. She listened to our ideas, made it work and delivered exactly what we wanted. Her drawings were very detailed, and she was very patient and responsive to all our requests and queries. The whole process was made easier as she explained every step well and provided good support and guidance when dealing with third parties. It was a pleasure working with her and I wouldnt hesitate to engage her services again or recommend her to other clients.

We are at the very first stage of the redesign of our home (expected to do it in 2 years) and didnt have any idea where to begin, being relative novices on remodelling a home. Based on a recommendation from a friend, we contacted Cecilia and were honest about where we were. She organised a home consultation and spent a couple of hours walking the house, talking about what we wanted, what our ideas were, and how our home functioned. This resulted in a comprehensive document that played back our discussions, some suggestions about a layout that would work for us, and provided a process of map on how her architectural services would dovetail into any building of our vision. This service was all modestly costed, to give us a piece of mind that we were paying for a service rather than feeling like we were being lured in, which honestly, I found reassuring. We found the whole process incredibly useful and helpful as that first step. We are now turning our attention to the next step, and perhaps, hopefully, Cecilia will be a part of that.
