After being introduced to mark through a existing customer of his I emailed him to start a relationship. This is the email I got back from him below which was not only the most arrogant and judgements first email I've ever received from a business but also the first one that's made me bother even leaving a bad review. I asked Mr Mark for the price of his services and here is what I got. Ill tell you up front that we do not compete on cost, because that way everyone just cuts corners. If every last 20 matters that much we are not the Accountants or agents for you, no-one has time or energy for the argument or angst. We will do what we say we will do, for the price we If you dont like what we do, you are free to walk away. Likewise, if we dont like what you do, we are free to walk away.
