East Area Muai Thai & Kickboxing

This is great place to train and get fit. The coach and trainer Sidney Thompson always goes above and beyond to help you in your fitness quest. East Area Academy welcomes everyone and feels like a real family community. You get put through your paces but always feel like you've had a great workout. The equipment is all there.. you have gloves, pads, punch bags and the boxing ring..I have been a member for over 7 years and love it now as much as I did when I joined. Excellent gym, coaches have great knowledge and a very good way of passing this on, and the members are friendly and welcoming. Over the last 8 months I have developed a great relationship with everyone and look forward to training every week

This is the best boxing gym around, not just because of the great facilities but because of the coach and the people! If you want to learn how to box, get fit, have fun this is the only place to go!

Lovely gym with great coaches and different classes to choose from, good for children and adults alike. If you want to learn self defence, respect and get fit in the process look no further.
