Came in to a less than half full restaurant full of uncleared tables hunting for somewhere to sit. Watched various staff pass dirty tables without a care. Chicken strips were drenched in grease and some had a texture of not even being thawed before being cooked. The burgers lettuce was limp and slimey. The two onion rings were cold and mushy. If I'm paying more than what I would in a wetherspoons I'd expect a better service.
