This home is lovely, it is a home from home, the staff are wonderful, supportive, caring and kind and long term staff who give 110%. Some beautiful grounds to enjoy the summer months and the new manager is lovely. I would highly recommend this home, I would put my loved ones within this home just amazing x

My mother has just come out of here after 3 weeks recovering from a hospital stay. She has altzheimers and is very frail. The home was told at the start of her visit that she needed assistance with dressing and in the bathroom. She did not receive this. Her glasses have gone missing, as have her top plate. Her hearing aids were found in the laundry. The clean laundry. So now they are completely ruined. Do they not check the laundry before washing? As it turns out, one of the hearing aids is not even hers! There is minimal staff and never seems to be anyone on reception. There is minimal "activities" here. Unless you call reading or listening to music "activities". Normally my mum is cared for by my sister at her home. Since her return, mums condition has deteriorated tenfold. She barely sleeps and seems to have no concept of time of day, making for constant sleepless nights for my sister. I've just had her on the phone in tears due to lack of sleep and helpless anger at this care home. We will be contacting the care commission regarding this home.
