        Store itself and staff in store great, telephone staff are a waste of time twice I've rang and twice they have hung up on me. The number is the one on the next website so why is this happening.

        Next is located on the Princes Gate Shopping Park which has a large car park including disabled and mother and toddler parking spaces , the store has wheel chair access and we'll spaced isles, the shop is layed out in sections from swimwear and underwear to men's clothing and sleepwear , the staff are friendly and helpful

        Great store easy to find what your looking for not as much stock as some larger stores but this makes viewing g easier to find the good stuff

        Absolutely appalling service from the staff here, one in particular needs some customer service training! To add insult to injury, the boots I collected were scratched and had to be returned!!
