        Absolutely disgusting service, faulty vape so went back ( with my receip t )!!! It had been just over an hour since my purchase. Ryan refused to refund me or give me a new one, even kept my faulty one. Plus attitude was totally unacceptable. I then rang head department which they stated I was indeed entitled to a refund or a new one. Which I eventually got after he had an email confirming this from head department, he came out not even an apology just gave me my vape, Debbie who originally served me was outstanding and so lovely. She could not have been nicer to me.
