        I had a wonderful experience with Irvings - over several years they rented, managed and eventually sold a property for me. They recommended professionals for repairs and upgrades to the property when needed and gave timely updates.         They are not truthfully with the potential buyers, i made an offer on a house not lower than what was asked for, I was also told by the agency that there were no other offers being made for the property when i made mine, only to be called the next day and got told that the landlord accepted another offer.
