An impeccable march-out clean, without doubt the best we've ever had (and we've had many!).Teri and her team are professional and friendly, making sure that all aspects are covered, they truly know exactly what is expected. It really was a case of stress free moving. I highly recommend their cleaning services.

I booked a carpet clean that was all confirmed. Lady came to the house before the day the carpets were to be cleaned however I was on a work call and confirmed this when i answered the door, therefore she confirmed she would post the paperwork through the letter box. She did not do this and did not contact me afterwards with the paperwork as i was expecting. I waited and eventually contacted them to which i recieved a response confirming they could no longer fit me in as they 'assumed' i wasn't interested anymore because they chapped the door again and i didn't answer - which i did not hear! (the lady could see through my window i was on a work call as i previously told her when i first answered the door). I did not cancel and i did not recieved a follow up message to confirm or cancel the booking. Now left short notice trying to sort someone else to do this.
