I have had five engineers visits to cure leak from my Worcester Bosch boiler various seals and parts have been replaced the boiler is now leaking so badly that the pressure in the system has lost 1bar overnight I am very concerned about running the boiler but this would leave me with no heat or hot water Domestic and General insurance commissioned the repair I feel that they should involve another company to carry out this repair as Gas Plus seem unable to.

21st century scam artists Recommended a product that totally stopped my hot water and heating when that was working before hand Refused to fix.. got their cash from the insurance and ran when they broke my heating Do not recommend Scammers Managers hides behind PA on the phone. Customer service abysmal. If I went into someones house as an engineer or tradesmen and broke something. Its my responsibility or companies responsibility to fix. Not with gas plus. They have their own laws. Laughable now. But on the day had me suffering with my mental health.. having a 3 year old with no heating is hard to take on the chin as a parent. Imagine the feeling of your son telling you his cold and the boiler company refuse to fix their mistake. And tell you go elsewhere lol Only fair dues is for engineer who fixed the leak that they also left. Genuine and empathised but couldn't do anything due to powers that be
