After fitting my towbar, the reversing sensors failed to work. Asked what trailertrek were going to do, and I got a mouthful of threats and abuse. So I posted a review online. Trailertrek phoned me and begged me to remove the review as it was "harming there business". They offered me a very good discount to remove the review which was so good, I could now afford to have the blown up sensors replaced. As a good will offer, I asked them to change the sensors, and after paying for that, I would have about broken even. Although they agreed, after 3 weeks and 3 visits/calls, one at 7 in the morning, it became clear they had achieved their aim of getting the review removed, and were putting no effort into getting my sensors removed. All in all not the type of service you want if things go wrong.

Attended this location to have a tow bar fitted. I found the experience to be extremely positive the staff were extremely knowledgeable, the towbar was fitted to a very high standard for a very reasonable price. I would have no issues recommending trailer trek.

Can not fault this company, they came and fitted my tow bar on the drive at a time to suit me, they were pleasant to deal with throughout and the price was extremely competitive. Would highly recommend.

Great service, very happy with the detachable towing hitch fitted on my drive in less than two hours. Very pleasant fitter as well which makes a change these days. Highly recommended.
