I went without an appointment, Monday 10:30 in the morning, I filled out a form and at 12:50 they treated me excellently, even with a translator since my English is not very good. There was no line to do. Super grateful for the kindness of the receptionists and the doctor who treated me. They also did laboratory studies on me at the time. If I had more stars I would put them. thank you!

Disgusting, waited over an hour in the cold till i was in pain, only to be told we can't give you a slot today or tomorrow because apparently they can't book people on for slots for the next day is ridiculous. However, was told at least I have the form filled out, so I can come back the following day and told I can't get seen. Bloody cruel

Long queue, system broken, not space for appointments same day,! so, you have to go there another day very very early to do the queue and finger crossed if you can be attended same day! Terrible service.

YOU MUST WRITE IN YOUR WEBSITE THAT YOU SEE ONLY PEOPLE WITH SYMPTOMS. Yesterday, I came one hour before the opening to make sure I was among the firsts. When it opened, I fill in the form and went to the receptionist who asked me if I had symptoms. I told her no, but I specified that I had been exposed. The answer was that they could not see me as I did not have symptoms. I explained to her that it was quite urgent to know whether I had caught a virus for some personal reasons. She kept repeating (she quite rude) that it would not be possible to see me for the aforementioned reason. I somehow understand your policy to see only people with symptoms. Nonetheless, it should be written in your website and said during the phone call (I tried to call when it was still closed, and the voice said that you only accept walk in, but it did not mention anything about being seen only if you have symptoms)
