Wouldnt touch them. I made a purchase and paid, due to issues with their system/website I was undercharged but then they made excuses as to the reasons why I was not getting my order. Following some exchanges with customer services and no resolution I can confirm my account has been deleted along my my order (even though I have the email confirmation), no sign of my order and no refund. Do not use this tailors. I gave my suits in around 4 months ago, they have had to alter my suits for the 4th time now and they still arent right!!! Very slow service and if youre looking to get what you want after 4 times of trying to get it right and still failing, then this is the tailors for you. Will not be returning, I spent north of 1.5k to get all of my suits tailored, when I should have bought 3 suits with that and got them tailored properly. Waste of time.

Dress2Kill created a brilliant wedding suit for me - it was a fantastic experience, reliable and exactly what I was looking for. Would highly recommend.

Good start to a then poor experience, seemingly over priced and bad customer service: I was recommended D2K by people close to me and spoke highly of their suits. I bought a jacket for my wedding as I wanted something special and tailored to wear which I've never done before. The initial appointment was positive and I was made to feel at ease. I paid 100% up front as I was told they do not take deposits for items under 1000. They were also kind enough to give me a small discount due to the people who recommended them. I was emailed quickly (be warned the emails may go to your spam folder due to 'kill' being in the email address) to explain my jacket / measurements were being sent to the tailor. The email also explained it should roughly take 6 weeks until I will be contacted for my next/first fitting. After 6 weeks I email to just check on progress. I was then told it should be any day now and I will be contacted by the admin team. I didn't hear anything for another 4 weeks, now 10 weeks from my original appointment. I would not classify this as 'roughly 6 weeks'. I called their number, no one answered and I left a message for a call back. I also emailed too. I also called the following day as I didn't get a call back from the first call. I did not get a call back from the second call either. For context, it is now 3 weeks before my wedding, D2K aware of this date and I hadn't had my first fitting 10 weeks in. My email must have been forwarded to the admin team as the person I was speaking with didn't reply. I do not live in London and work full time so was asking to see if the jacket would be done by a certain date I was able to come to London for. The admin team then replied with different dates, times and not to do with my initial questions. I then asked since I finally got some communication, does this mean my jacket is done and ready for a first fitting? I was told it wasn't, so was seemingly obsolete why they would try and book an appointment for me. When also speaking to someone on the phone, they stated my wedding date as the deadline, which was never the case and caused even more worry as it felt like they were not going to be ready after assuming their own deadlines whilst telling me to wait 6 weeks for contact and me having to make contact now 10/11 weeks in. After I sent an email stating my worries, which have never been acknowledged or apologised for. D2K responded stating my jacket is now ready and for me to book an appointment for my first fitting. When I attended my first fitting, unaware of the tailoring process, but worried if further alterations were needed as I only have 2 weeks left until my wedding, and also concerned over the poor communication. I went to D2K, when asked my name, I was shot a disgusted look by the receptionist. Which added even more anxiety to this alien process for me. After trying on the jacket, luckily it fitted nicely and I was happy to take it. As I was walking out, the tailor who did my initial appointment was there with the receptionist and both were rude in response, very much not wanting me in the shop and probably as I write this review, wouldn't want me back, which was the feeling I was given. Overall, yes I did get the jacket, yes it fits nice, no I don't think the price matches the jacket and definitely not the service I received. Would I recommend D2K, no. Would I go back, no.
