Terrible, i have been made an ambassador, been sent surveys which ive completed and suppose to get 5 each haven't recieved a thing, have contacted support and got no reply. Dont waste your time with limitless technology

Appalling communication. I registered to be a brand ambassador expert and completed all the onboarding steps in app which indicated I had passed with no issue. After this, radio silence, no updates, no welcome, no instructions specific to me. I kept checking the app and never had any questions to answer which I put down to oversubscription and all of them being answered already. I was only receiving generic updates being sent to the whole team. I decided to query this as it didnt seem right that in a year I hadnt been able to see a single customer question. It took ages to get a response and when I finally did, I got a generic you must not have passed training, which is incorrect. I pushed back on this and was told I must have finished training too late. Again I know they are just guessing and dont actually know this to be true, also I completed the training in a reasonable time frame so I knew it was incorrect. Also if there are limited spaces and you are recruiting within a certain time frame or number, why was this not communicated to me at any time? I would not have bothered with the learning and onboarding if I had known I would not be able to do the job regardless - my time has been completely wasted. A pitiful way to treat workers and for a company specialising in customer service, I have found the responses to my queries to be absolutely dire.
