        After calling several times (20+) I was unable to get through to anyone in the IT department for help. Update: I was able to get through eventually and they apologised. Pretty good place to work. Nice people.

        Previously Centre for Testing, My experience is based on the agents who I have dealt with, Not a professional way of dealing with people, they have script which they follow, specially when it comes to contracting they like to cut short put there people through for more margin, even if they other guy is not suitable, they are principal agents for some public sector companies they run business like as commission agents for some senior management.
