.I have recently opened a take away and working with Onvi has been a pleasure . The support team are awesome and the click and collect function is brilliant. No huge costs and no contracts.

Onvi has been a great boost for the business. During these times where people are more cautious of hygiene, contact and social distances... it's good for our customers to have the option to order without moving. It's such an easy system to use too, quick updates for the menu when necessary. Very easy user interface. The best part is if I feel like there could be any improvements then they take it into account and it ends up featuring int he app so this is great. They really work for the needs of their clients so this is something I really appreciate for my business. I think for the costs and services, you can't really go wrong with onvi. Must give a shout out to Josh who always goes above and beyond to provide help and communication if ever necessary.

Onvi, formally Wi5 really was a great product with lots of potential. We joined Onvi during a period of massive growth for the company during 2020 when table service was mandated. The main draw to the product was the 3rd party Integrations with more mature EPOS providers. I saw the product grow from what was a pretty basic platform to what it is today and until now we were pretty satisfied customers. However, very abruptly it was decided that Onvi will no longer intergrate with 3rd parties. Fair enough You've launched your own EPOS solution and would rather people use that. The way the company went about announcing and planning this was very poor indeed. With no communication from an account manager or discussions about the route the company wants to take we were informed that we needed to find a new provider with less than one month's notice. Onvi is a core part of our operations and they've given us less than a month to implement a new solution. I would have been supportive of your new EPOS venture had you given your customers a reasonable notice period I've been speaking with potential replacements for Onvi today , who are seeing a mass exodus from their platform so I really don't understand the logic behind this business decision , but I hope Onvi all the best for the future.
