Not very good support, they seem to fumble about not knowing what to do, We have "tried" to use their support on 3 occasions, 2 of the 3 we fixed ourselves because we got sick of waiting for them or they had no clue what they were doing so we just did it our self. To say we pay a lot of money for support you would expect a good service, We have several vendor support contracts in place and i must admit Bighand Top the worst spot by some way! We will certainly look for an alternative solution when our contract is up. I still cant understand how staff supporting this simple piece of software struggle? If my support lads were as bad as these guys they would certainly get the sack!
