Applied for a couple roles with Iqbal Miah. He has added me on linkedin too. I've messaged him a few times but he simply doesn't reply. I don't know about the agency but as a professional to other "professional" recruiters, it is you guys that cold call high skilled individuals and don't call back. So don't be surprised when we ignore your messages. But then you go on linkedin in and whine about applicants not responding to you. Fed up of recruitment agencies that have no care for applicants.

I joined Explore Group in late 2021 as an Account Executive and since then, the company has helped me grow in ways I never thought possible. The tailored growth plan set up for me was exactly what I needed to progress in my career and I am grateful for the opportunities given to me. The rewards for my successes have been fantastic, I've hit loads of incentives, attended super lunch clubs like Ascot and Oktoberfest, and have gone to some amazing restaurants around London. Not to mention, my lifestyle has greatly improved thanks to the company's efforts. Since weve moved office there is a new lease of life the office is positive right now!

Since joining Explore in 2021 the company has been instrumental in helping me develop and refine my soft skills required for excellent customer service, as well as honing my sales skills such as closing deals and agreeing terms of business. One aspect of Explore that I find particularly noteworthy is the office culture. The team is incredibly supportive and collaborative, which has fostered a sense of community and a positive work environment. Everyone is dedicated to achieving their goals, but the supportive culture ensures that there is always someone available to offer guidance and support when needed. I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to develop their skills and grow their career in recruitment.
