Going to Tonkotsu its the best way for starting or finishing a day with a smile. The only thing you need to be aware of is the quantity of spicy are you able to eat. Finally everybody would need to taste a hot bowl and enjoy the Asian culture.

We were denied service because our child has a sesame allergy. Their kitchen is not managed well enough to accommodate common allergens - apparently sesame is thrown around like confetti! Surprising lack of professionalism for a modern chain restaurant and not something we have experienced at other ramen restaurants in London. **UPDATE**I did follow up as they suggested. They confirmed they dont serve people with sesame allergies. I recommend Shoryu or Japan Centre for excellent ramen and kitchens that can expertly handle such things. Ate at Shoryu Broadgate Circle last week and it was wonderful.
