I'd really recommend using Redwood Property Solutions to let your property. We signed up with a few property managers, but Redwood was by far the best at communicating and found us some great tenants. The assistant property manager Chris Taylor was really friendly and helpful, and really patient (we are renting our house out for the first time, so I was quite nervous and had a lot of questions), the other members of staff were also very professional. Compared to the experience we had with Foxtons (total nightmare), Redwood Property Solutions made the process as stress free as possible. 5 stars from me

I have been living in a Redwood property for almost 2 years now, despite originally intending to only stay for 6 months for work. Ive hardly come across any problems while staying here and on the rare occasion I did, it was well handled by the team swiftly and efficiently. My housemates have become great friends of mine, and we all love staying here for its great location and affordability.

Lived in a Redwood property for the past 3 months, so far any servicing/repair requests haven't been sorted, asked for a plumber to rectify a blocked shower many times over the last 2 months and it still isn't sorted, to the point it can no longer be used due to it leaking through the ceiling and 6 of us are now using the same shower. The employee I spoke to hasn't passed the problem onto of his colleagues before going on holiday for a week, so I've got to start over again with another maintenance request, almost as though they don't talk to each other. Avoid them if you can
