Highly satisfied with the results of my sessions with Adrian. Very professional approach with clear explanation on origin of my shoulder pain, what therapy he would use and home exercise. Very detailed assessment and treatment started to work straight away. I had the targeted massage session after the consultation, which really helped too. Adrian was clear with me that I would have to continue my rehabilitation at home and supplied me with exercises. He sent me progression exercises to try and checked in on how I was doing often. This was really encouraging and motivating. I hope he is able to reopen as soon as possible.

I came to see Adrian after finding his clinic on Treatwell. I suffered from extreme back pain for about 6 months, which I was convinced was a herniated disc. After realising that this wasn't going away on its own, I went to see Adrian and I am so glad I did. He was professional, welcoming and made me feel comfortable in his cosy treatment room. Miraculously, I felt almost immediately better after my treatment. He gave me detailed instructions for exercises and stretches to perform at home to aid in the treatment. Within a week I was literally like a new person and my pain was almost completely gone. I went from being in tears from pain, to being back to my normal self. I HIGHLY recommend Adrian and his services for anyone struggling with back/body aches.

I would highly recommend Adrian to anyone who is need of physio! I noticed an incredible amount of improvement right from my first consultation and session. Adrian explains each step in detail and offers great exercises via his Youtube channel, specific to my needs.
