        Steve was absolutely fantastic! My friend and I are first time buyers and he has been so helpful throughout the whole process. He is really knowledgeable and completely transparent with his service, explaining everything very thoroughly. He is very quick to respond to any queries we have and even got back in touch with us after he had given us our mortgage recommendation - because there was a better offer available so he gave us a second option.
