Be careful to choice Alexander Hall because they let me waste the largest part of the money on buying a flat. the first time I meet Yasar in Stratford branch of Foxton someday afternoon before the first London lockdown, "The covid-9 will not be a big problem for us and I never wear a mask"I do not blame him on his wrong prediction of the virus but on his second prediction of the property. I ask him that day, will the commercial shop underneath the flat influence the bank's valuation process, and he said it will not as he has ten years experience on this kind of flat. and 1 month later when the application meets problem on the valuation due to the safety issue(the main reason is there is a restaurant on the ground floor), the bank rejects the application and Yasar obviously forgot the promise he said base on his long term experience. he blamed the bank's staff's unprofessional, and blame on their system go mess because of the lock-down(the universal reason on 2020). on the phone, I suggested he help me change to another flat to apply for the mortgage. Because in their contract we signed if an application is not succeeded not due to my personal reason they could make me another application free. I still hold a little hope on Alexander Hall at that moment and I don't want just bare waste 599 service fee(200bank valuation fee not included) Then this man starts to blame me, some like I don't understand the whole situation, "you didn't watch TVs", (he still means the universal reason for 2020). And he started to point out some "issues" on my bank statement, says this may be a very important issue for the bank, they may say I have some fraud on the statement by mistake, and they will not understand what I explained because I am not as professional as him. only he can help me. (I am not sure is this a threaten) After convinced me to believe him with a fury speech on the phone, he comforted me that "I look like a very smart and kind person"(IDK is this a mock either) But another month later I found I made a stupid and bad choice try to wait, I missed one good flat from another agency and the appeal of Alexander Hall is still on the queue. To save time to catch the last chance of stamp duty holiday and miss another perfect flat, I try to avoid arguing with this company again so I directly cancel the application, that's mean I lost 599 with no condition. one week later I found another broker and they did no moving home no fee policy, they help me sort out the mortgage on time with the same bank by Alexander, and they said my bank statement is totally clear and should have no any issue to the bank I apply for. Now I have successfully got my first flat, I know compared with the cost of the property, a few hundred pounds is nothing. But I still want to post this review here to tell my real experiences and feeling here, because I am not such a "smart and kind" person when others waste my money and time.

Please be wary of Yasar Ahmad . Found him to be a liar and untrustworthy. Was unable to secure us a mortgage due to our circumstances but was too cowardly to tell us this at the outset. Instead he dragged the whole thing out in an attempt to let the sale fall through while letting it appear to not be his fault. On numerous occasions told us our application was ticking over, that a survey had been carried out by the bank - yet did not provide us with any proof of this. When we eventually parted ways I requested all docs and correspondence relating to our file/case. None was forthcoming. I assume there is none and that everything that came out of his mouth was BS. The man is apparently an 'Associate Director'. Shocking really. Regardless a competent broker secured us a mortgage and after slight delay due to Covid we got the keys in the end. So it underlines just how useless Yasar actually is.
