Excellent service. We were doing our own installation and had a lot of questions, the team helped us identify the best solution. On-line guides very helpful, particularly the videos. Product was a very good quality, easy to cut cleanly and we really liked the shaded nature of the Marble Frontier product.

Had a really good experience dealing with EnviroBuild and Roberto. The finished product (a deck) looks amazing and the customer service given by Roberto during sales, delivery and post install was fab.

Terrible quality flooring. We were delighted to find a more sustainable flooring option for the flooring in our new home, however three years after installing our LVT flooring purchased from Envirobuild our flooring is in an awful state. To anyone considering this as a flooring option in your home, please be warned. A massive portion of the flooring has chipped and peeled away after just 3 years in our home. We were comforted to know that we purchased flooring that came with a '35 year warranty', however all the warranty covers you for is for Envirobuild to replace the damaged ties only. No reimbursement or compensation for the cost to remove the damaged tiles or for the cost to re-install the new replacements either. This is not a small job - replacing a damaged floor board is a very difficult task (we currently have 30 boards to replace). I contacted Envirobuild in January to replace the damaged tiles and they promised to send the replacement tiles out - I'm still waiting (Now the end of March). Extremely disappointed- please read T's&C's very carefully from this company.
