Thank you so much to Reece, who attended a job at our office in Southwark on Friday 13th March. We had a sudden leak, which caused a flood in our basement and Reece came to the rescue within 10 minutes of me frantically calling him! He figured what the issue was swiftly and stopped all flooding, he even arranged for another engineer to come the next day to fully rectify the issue. Thanks so much again, Reece. Great service from Reece. Boiler broke and he came round that same evening. Ended up needing a new fan, which he sourced and came back to fit for a very reasonable price. Was also able to talk me through everything, made my hot water tank more efficient, fixed my thermostat and and identified a few other issues. Brilliant service, and will be recommending to everyone!
