I can't recommend Amanda and her practice highly enough. I first began with her practice following the loss of my beloved mother, and I found my sessions with her completely invaluable throughout that fragile time. Amanda has also been fantastic in helping me deal with family and work issues too. She offers a compassionate, sincerely warm, open and confidential space where any topic or issue can be talked about without disapproval or judgement. I have so much respect for Amanda's pragmatic, professional and empowering approach - she has armed me with a fantastic repertoire of emotional and practical tools for dealing with so many different issues. A true treasure!

I have worked with Amanda on a long-term basis. I initially sought her out due to feelings of loneliness and isolation. Over time, she's also helped me deal with work, relationship and bereavement issues. I love working with Amanda for many reasons; chief of which is her humanity. Her ability to find the crux of a difficult situation has brought clarity to my life many times. And though therapy can be filled with some intense moments, we've shared a giggle more than once too.

Amandas support was invaluable to me over many years. In her group for charity leaders I found a safe space to gain insights, new ideas, emotional support, and confidence. Amanda skilfully fostered an atmosphere of warmth, trust and respect, taking all our concerns seriously while also finding opportunities for laughter (and cake). Later, in one-to-one sessions, Amanda helped me manage major transitions in my organisation and my life, as I moved towards retirement. She enabled me to rise above my fears, better understand my challenges and have faith in my ability to deal with them. Highly recommended!
