I've tried contacting this company to hire their staff, but the phone number is always switched off. They don't reply to their emails and I even inboxed the managing director Alex, but he's not replied. Are they even a legit company?

Honestly I'm just in shock at the audacity this 'company' has. On Indeed they advertised a marketing job with a salary of around 20k a year which is the complete opposite of the job you actually get (instead you're a sales rep in a weird pyramid scheme and the best part yet there's no regular monthly salary like any other job). luckily for me I realized what was going on within a week - just completed interview process and first 'day' more like one hour of training. I don't know what this company does but its not MARKETING - office was empty, no desks set up with computers/ basic things you expect to see in this type of office. The training that Al*x (the owner apparently but who knows) started had nothing to do with the job they had advertised that's when I started to notice things were off. Some off things I noticed: He would continuously tell me about the people who had made thousands last week (yet i never saw these people or met them), when i asked questions they were never answered directly, when I asked about the salary he said make sure whatever we discuss about money doesn't leave the room which was weird cause I've never had a job tell me that before like........???, I was also encouraged not to read the contract properly which of course I did and THANK GOD I did. You're registered as self employed which was the red flag I needed to bounce as the advert and Ale* continuously drilled in that I'd be working for Alpha Gamma. Also there's no evidence of all these so called big companies they have worked for anywhere and trust me I did my digging cause I was in disbelief that I had been tricked like this lol. I'm even doubtful that the owner has a degree at all otherwise why would he be doing this ? looooool honestly this is what I get for being naive and not researching the company properly prior, but never again. There would be no problem if they didn't continuously lie about what the job was and how pay is calculated cause you only get commission no salary. And who in their right mind would do a job without pay exactly that's why they lie to try and suck you in. Guys please just avoid this place I don't want anyone else's time to be wasted. Also I'm 100% most of the five star ratings look fake cause the job is a facade.Furthermore, if you go look at their profile on glass door there's even more legit reviews from people who have been lied to and cheated, along with floods of fake reviews that they themselves have done. Lastly, when I was there, there was only three other people that seemed to work there and they had their own laptops and all these people were doing was recruiting people - take from that what you want. !!!!!!AVOID unless you wanna earn a couple of pounds per signature you manage to collect whilst walking door -to-door begging for charities.!!!!!!!!
