Very bad experience buying a leasehold flat. They didn't understand service charge or ground rent laws and caused a major delay (the sale almost fell through). What's more concerning, they are extremely rigid with their internal process so that despite asking them to look at this first, they left it till the end which added stress when the rates started going up!

We wouldn't use any other solicitors for selling and buying our house and would thoroughly recommend.
