It was not a pleasant experience to deal with Taylor Rose MW. They were lovely at first, taking the time to explain the process, reassuring me that they could everything quick and that it would be a smooth process and then I paid the deposit... and it was a completely different story! They took a week to even contact the relevant parties and start the process (when they had been adamant things will be done asap) - they told me they had 'IT issues' so could not start, then one of the freeholders was on holiday (she had come back 2 weeks prior!) etc etc. My agent had to chase them SO MUCH and when they were sending the documents needed, they were full of errors and the other solicitors involved had to correct mistakes. I know from other parties involved that they feel the same - it was a painful process and the communication was inexistant or rude and inconsiderate. I do not recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with Nima, Pam and Isa. The closing gprocess was long and strenuous, to no fault of their own, and they were always very patient and always advocated for me. They took the time to explain my multiple questions and always advocated for the safe route for me, not the one that would get their fee sooner. Really glad I went with them. Thank you.

Second time using Taylor Rose after a great experience the first time with Uzma. This time worked with Elda and Nick who were both absolutely fantastic, responded to us really quickly and quickly actioned everything. Would highly recommend Elda and Nick - they are the best!
