        She was trying to force me and started to pressure me to let her come to my house and collect the laundry. When I told her I will drop it if she said I work from home she washes at home. Which led me to believe the washing is done in a domestic washing machine not commercial. Then she called me again when I was telling her she was pressuring me then she kept on pressuring me. very poor customer service then I told her theres another dry cleaners down the road with even better reviews which actually have a shop, and she got more mad and I started to feel unsafe. I dont recommend this dry cleaners its not professional. I come to london every 6 months with my work team and this is the worse experience Ive ever had when it comes to dry cleaning. I feel traumatised! It wont let me write a new review or send a picture of the messages if you go on photos you can see she initiated the conversation.
