AVOID AT ALL COST !!!! Every penny spend on this service is a lost. Terribly unprofessionall, I wish I had never used Fresh and cleaning for end tenancy cleaning service. Almost one month I am still stuck with issue, send dozens of email and calls, almost talked to everyone in this company who pickup the phone, still no progress. If you care about you deposit your time and your mood, don't use this service. This company simple cannot keep their promise. On 24th July, I have request the service, the cleaning is not reach to the professional cleaning standard. After a hard struggle with renting agency finally allow to do the re-cleaning instead of deduce deposit. The only thing need to do just photo to proof the work has been done. Then email confirmed by the Fresh & Clean, after the weekend, they promise the work has been done and will send the photo later. Then after 10 working days lost contact, the custom service email only got auto reply. All their phone goes to voice mailbox. The company seems vanished, after 10 days someone picked up the phone on Friday night, promise to send photo on next Monday, then on the Monday, no one will really follow up the thing, just tell to wait for the end of the day, promise again and again I will get the photo, then one day still no photo proof, previous complaints email got no response. Then Tuesday today, called again and again, promise James will arrive the company at 3 p.m. and I will get the photo in the afternoon. Wait until they off works still no answer. Btw, If you are a tenant of an agency, the guarantee of re cleaning will an issue, because after inventory check. Agency will not allow to come to re-clean because worker would damage the inventory. Then you will prepare for a really hard struggle with tenancy service. Still you will get deduced caused by the company could not delivery their promise! BRILLIANT!!!! this company just send me the photo before cleaning and this photo [a man wear flower pants working with garbage bag] to show you have done the work??? Brilliant! But what is the result ???? So just done the work to make sure your client lose deposit, right ???

I know this people , this called company its a big lie.. they use random people to enter your houses , people they even not know and in which some occasions costumers get robbed .

Don't go near this company. We had to get another cleaning company in as their end of tenancy clean was so bad. March 2019

Fresh and Clean were employed by my tenants for end of tenancy clean. Despite charging for end of the tenancy clean, I noticed that the clean was superficial and some of the thing were missed. The cleaner had cleaned top two drawers in chest of drawers and left rest of the drawers thinking that we would only be checking the top two drawers. The hob and oven had burnt marks so they had cleaned the top of the oven rack but the underneath of the rack was still dirty and not cleaned. The tenant emailed the company straight away as I had pointed out that the cleaner will have to come and reclean the flat. I did not receive any reply from the Fresh and Clean as the tenant had handed back the keys. Eventually an appointment was made for the cleaner to come on 6 April 2019 after 3 weeks from when the end of the tenancy cleaning was done. The cleaner never turned up and I have emailed and left voicemail messages but they are ignored. Do not use this company for end of tenancy cleaning. It would be better to get a cleaner for 10 hours to clean than pay for end of tenancy cleaning where the cleaners just come for three hours and go not clean thoroughly.

PLEASE READ - NEVER EVER USE THESE CLEANERS! I requested these cleaners for an end of tenancy clean for my flat I was selling. The flat was totally empty and if perfect condition. When I arrived after 3 hours, the flat was barely cleaner than when they had arrived (dust still on door frames/smudges on windows) and there were several MASSIVE burn stains to my solid wood counter top - created by a corrosive substance, I presume only to be oven cleaner which I found in their cleaning kit. Pictures are attached. I pointed them out to the cleaners who denied any responsibility and offered to try to clean the stains off with BLEACH!! What 'professionally trained' cleaner would recommend rectifying a wood burn stain with bleach?! They had also tried to remove a small mark from the floorboards with bleach which left another stain. I tried to pick this up with management who ignored me for weeks. We have photographic evidence that the stain was not on the countertop before the cleaners arrive as it was taken THE DAY OF OUR MOVE. When I eventually got through to James De Silva (the 'manager') he said that there was nothing he could do and he took the cleaners word against ours, despite our photographic evidence. We are pursuing legal action as the buyers of our property had to replace the entire counter at a significant cost. If you have any sense AT ALL, NEVER use this cleaning service. They will destroy your property, take your money and run for the hills. We are taking legal action and will not let them get away with it, do not let them scam you too. I would give no stars if I possibly could.
