        Worst guys ever! Particular mention must go to Stephan! Yeah you'll get all the chat and cheap insurance, which is great till you need to make a claim, which is when they show their true colours and pull out all the stops and go to great lengths to avoid making a payout. I'm a commercial operator and added 'mechanical damage' to my policy, couple years later I had a piston ring failure which led to a full rebuild of that engine, Velos refused to pay out anything and after battling with them for over a year about it I had to give up due to solicitor costs on my end, Velos Insurance company nearly finished us off as a business and it took many years to recover. Do not touch them!!
