        THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. Stay away, seriously this hotel is a health hazard. Mouth all throughout our room, our room was constantly wet to the point that after 3 days my clothes where all wet and smelt like mould. Customer service is horrible, didn't care at all when we tried to bring up issues. Staff just continue to fight all day every day we where there. Spend nearly $1000 AUD, when I made a car molaint to agoda I got offered a voucher of $80 AUD, not even 10% of what we spent. Paid for breakfast just to find out food has run out, coffee machine didn't work and neither did the juice. Biggest waste of money. No cleaning of the rooms, no clean towels, didn't even change the big once we had rubbish on our floor. It is impossible to contact there customer service, you simply can not contact this company. Would give 0 stars if I could, save your money and health and sanity. Stay anywhere else. Never stayed in a hotel that is run so terribly. Such a waste of our money. Also SO MANY of these reviews left are clearly fake. Literally stay away.
